Fen Drayton Parish Council meetings
Owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, as of 20 March 2020, Fen Drayton Parish Council is following official advice and cancelling all currently scheduled meetings. It will conduct business electronically until national restrictions are lifted.
Agendas, giving the date and business of a council e-meeting, will be posted on the parish council website and the date will be publicised on the parish council Facebook page. The village noticeboards will not be used.
Anyone wishing to make comments on an agenda item, or raise any issue in the public forum (the time allocated at the start of each meeting for public participation), must email the clerk no later than 24 hours before the
e-meeting. Any comments made in the public forum will be reported briefly in the minutes in the usual way.
The annual village meeting is currently suspended due to the lockdown. The parish council hopes to set a date for it when restrictions are lifted.
